We have the most recent software which allows us to be more efficient in quoting your projects. Our shop carries a variety of stock such as hollow metal doors, frames and architectural hardware to suit any application you may choose. Our consultants are trained to help make this decision happen for you.

Both office and commercial environments must have secure, attractive and functional openings at all times. The extensive line of hardware and products that we offer can deliver this for any application necessary.


We provide custom/special orders for Doors, Frames, Windows and hardware.  All of these orders will be guaranteed under the Diamond Fire Door policy when we come on site for a consultation. The products we supply can be installed in different applications ranging from rekeying locks to cutting openings in block walls. All of these can be done by our team.

All custom orders are 100% non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or returned. Any in-stock products or orders accepted for return or cancellation may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. No returns or exchanges on the following – all sale items, special orders, custom orders, installed items, and altered items.

Lead time is approximately 10-20 days. You can place an order by coming into our office or giving us a call. A full payment is required when placing an order and we will contact you by phone when your order has arrived.

Orders can be picked up at our shop or they can be sent via delivery truck at the customer’s expense. Please be advised that if you have your own pickup arrangements, we ask you call our offices beforehand to ensure that your order is ready. A full payment is required before release.
